Tefal 6x Chef Pot and Pan Coatings Peeled Off Within 4 Months of Use
I purchased the Tefal 6x chef pot and pan, but their coatings have peeled off. I sent them to the service center, but they were returned, claiming it was user error. As shown in the images I will include, the coatings on the pot and pan, advertised as durable up to 6 layers, have come off. They refused to replace them with new ones. A company as large as Tefal only supports its products until the sale is made, and then does not stand behind them. It has only been four months since I purchased them, and they were even advertised as dishwasher-safe. However, I did not even put them in the dishwasher, and the coatings still peeled off. Tefal's name is the only thing it has; their cookware is not durable at all. I am dissatisfied, and Tefal has done nothing to resolve the issue. I wish I had read the complaints on Xolvie before purchasing; I deeply regret my decision.
No response has been made yet, I am still waiting. Let's see if Tefal will stand behind their products.

I called customer service on the phone, and the answer they gave me was that the peeling of the coating is not covered under warranty. I'm very curious about how this coating peels due to customer error, which means it's a poor-quality coating. There are many small peelings on both the exterior and interior surfaces of the pot and pan. Tefal is definitely a disappointment; I will not buy their products again. The after-sales support of the huge Tefal is zero.
