Concerned for my health, I sent it for repair or replacement, only to have it returned with the excuse that it's due to usage. I was shocked and deeply disappointed by this response, finding it shameful on the company's part. I trusted Tefal's quality when I purchased this product, but its failure and lack of support have led me to blacklist the brand. I won’t be making any future purchases from them.
