Tefal Nonstick Pan Failed Before Warranty Ended

My Tefal 6x model pan's nonstick surface started to deform and stick within just two years, revealing the underlying layer. Despite my careful usage and gentle cleaning, the pan's weakness caused this damage over time. Concerned for my health, I sent it for repair or replacement, only to have it returned with the excuse that it's due to usage. I was shocked and deeply disappointed by this response, finding it shameful on the company's part. I trusted Tefal's quality when I purchased this product, but its failure and lack of support have led me to blacklist the brand. I won’t be making any future purchases from them.
