Tefal Ingenio Fusion Set Quality Drops After Warranty!

I bought the Tefal Ingenio Fusion pot and pan set because I trust the Tefal brand and I expect to use it for many years without any issues. Unfortunately, as soon as the warranty ended, the bottom of the pan came off. I reached out to customer service, but they said they couldn't help me. It's really disappointing to spend a lot of money on something that you only get to use for a couple of years, especially when it's a brand that's supposed to be known for being good quality.

First of all, customer satisfaction is not your priority, as no solution has been found for my problem. If you want to buy a pan that will be useless in 2 years and for which no solution will be found by Tefal, you can continue shopping from Tefal. You can continue to buy a pan that won't be supported after 2 years despite paying such large amounts of money. Tefal stated that they cannot do any repairs for my product. I will never use this brand again.
