Tefal Cookware Warranty Has Expired, Faulty Pilaf Pot, and No Support

I bought a Tefal cookware set with titanium coating about three years ago, which included two frying pans, a sauté pan, a deep pot, and a rice cooker. Our pilaf pot developed bubbling issues despite careful and meticulous use. When we took the product to the store, we were told that the warranty period was only two years and that they couldn't help us any longer. I later complained on this platform, but received the same response. I'm now disseminating my complaint in order to warn potential buyers of new Tefal pans and pots. They most emphatically do not stand behind their products. During the sale, they make bold claims like "lifetime durability" and "nothing will happen for a long time," but they provide no support. Now I'm stuck with a 1000 TL pot that I can't use and must discard, putting my health at risk. It's truly depressing.
