Request for TeamViewer Contract Cancellation and Refund of Pre-Charged Fee

I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my service agreement with TeamViewer under the Republic of Turkey Consumer Protection Law. I invoke my legal right to withdraw from the agreement within the statutory withdrawal period. Despite the service not having commenced, a prepayment was deducted from my account under the “renewal process.”

According to Turkish Consumer Rights, I am entitled to withdraw from the agreement without penalty before the service begins. The condition requiring written cancellation at least 28 days prior to renewal cannot override my statutory right.

Therefore, I request a full refund for the unused and non-renewed service. Additionally, I demand that the renewal process be canceled and no future charges be made to my account.

Please resolve this matter promptly and inform me of the actions taken. Should the issue remain unresolved, I will take further steps under Turkish law to protect my consumer rights. I expect your cooperation in addressing this issue immediately.
