Poor Support and Rude Service During TeamViewer Membership Cancellation

I contacted TeamViewer via the chat panel to cancel my subscription renewal, but the experience was highly disappointing. An employee, identified as K**, was unhelpful and seemed focused on ending the conversation rather than assisting me. When I discussed this issue with a friend, they shared a similar encounter with the same employee.
Attempts to reach TeamViewer Turkey's support line were unsuccessful. During the chat, K** rudely dismissed my request by saying, “I’m in sales, and since you’re not making a purchase, I can’t help you,” before abruptly ending the chat after providing a generic email address.
This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for a company like TeamViewer. I request immediate assistance and a review of the customer service process.
