Paid for TeamViewer but Can’t Access Service or Get Support

I paid for TeamViewer, but I’m unable to use the service I purchased. Despite multiple attempts, I can’t reach anyone from their customer support. There’s no customer service representative or point of contact to resolve the issue.
I’m now requesting a refund for the payment I made, but even that seems impossible due to their lack of responsiveness. How can a company operate in the Turkish market without proper oversight or accountability?
TeamViewer, I demand immediate action to either provide the service I paid for or issue a full refund. This situation is unacceptable, and I urge the relevant authorities to review this company’s practices in Turkey. I need this resolved urgently!
