Disrespectful Service and Call Blocking by TeamViewer Turkey Sales Team

On December 11, 2023, at 10:48 AM, I contacted TeamViewer Turkey's sales team at (0212 900 37 18) regarding a corporate purchase inquiry. The representative I spoke with displayed highly disrespectful behavior, using unprofessional language like "hocam," "am I not explaining this properly," and "am I not offering solutions." Worse, they ended the call abruptly and refused to provide any support.

Despite expressing my intent to purchase TeamViewer Business, the representative ignored my request, became frustrated, and ultimately blocked my subsequent calls. This behavior is unacceptable, especially from a company claiming to provide professional solutions. If TeamViewer offers a support line in Turkey, it should ensure proper follow-through.

I plan to report this incident to TeamViewer's headquarters in Germany. Such unprofessional conduct damages the company's reputation and leaves customers without the support they deserve. I demand immediate action to address this matter and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
