eamViewer Continues Charging After Cancellation Attempt—Company Faces Complaint

We are experiencing serious issues with TeamViewer during our corporate subscription process. Since April 27, 2025, we have not actively used the service, but we have been unable to cancel the subscription due to various barriers imposed by the company. Despite this, charges have continued to be made to our credit card during this period.
Because we were not using the service and wanted to cancel the subscription, we stopped payments and blocked our credit card when the charges continued. Instead of canceling the subscription, the company proceeded with debt collection actions, which has caused us significant concern. Our customer number is 21950432, and the relevant invoice number is R03797911.
We state that we do not owe any payment for the period during which we did not use the service. We request the cancellation of these charges, the termination of any collection actions if initiated, and the immediate cancellation of our subscription. We ask that our statement—“We are not using the service, we cannot cancel the subscription, and we do not owe any debt”—be taken into account and that the necessary corrections be made to resolve our grievance.
