TeamViewer Free Trial Turns Into Unexpected Charge – €641.57 Dispute

I placed an order today at 2:55 p.m. on TeamViewer’s website for the TeamViewer Business package, which was advertised as a “30-day free trial.” I expected to use the service free of charge for 30 days, but I noticed that €641.57 was charged to my credit card. If I had known that this fee would be charged, I would never have approved the transaction. My order number is 116e000008756, and I was not provided with any clear information after the transaction.

I was unable to reach any contact number or customer service listed on TeamViewer’s website, and I could not find an email address to request support, so I have not been able to contact the company directly. I completed this transaction based on the clearly stated “30-day free trial” offer on the website. Therefore, I request a full refund of the €641.57 charged to my card. Additionally, if possible, I would like to receive the promised 30-day free license as originally advertised and have my subscription adjusted accordingly.

I kindly ask that this issue be urgently reviewed, that my complaint be resolved, and that I be informed in writing about the refund process.
