Today at 2:55 PM, I placed an order for the TeamViewer Business package on TeamViewer’s website, which was advertised as a “30-day free trial.” While I expected to use the service free of charge for 30 days, I discovered that €641.57 was charged to my credit card. If I had known that this fee would be charged, I would never have approved the transaction.
My order number is 116e000008756, and no clear or transparent information was provided to me after the transaction. I was unable to reach any contact or customer service number listed on TeamViewer’s website, and I could not find an email address to request support, so I was unable to contact the company directly.
I completed this transaction based on the clearly stated “30-day free trial” claim on the website. Therefore, I request a full refund of the €641.57 charged to my card. Additionally, if possible, I would like to be granted the 30-day free license as originally promised and have my subscription adjusted accordingly.
I kindly request that this issue be urgently reviewed, resolved, and that I be informed in writing about the refund process.
