My Frustrations With Unresolved TCL Tv Repair After the Earthquake
For my office, I recently purchased a TCL 50P615 50" 127 Screen 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV with Android Satellite Receiver. Unfortunately, the TV was damaged during an earthquake in Kahramanmaraş, so I had to call for assistance. Even though they stated that the earthquake damage was not covered by warranty, they promised to refund the price. They returned my call about the price one day later after I called again. The product I bought from Trendyol was 8.318 TL, but the panel change price given to me by the service was 7.909 TL. What kind of logic is this? How can they charge me more than what I paid for it? It's really unfair and it makes me regret buying a TCL product in the first place. It's really disappointing that companies like TCL don't stand behind their products when something like this happens. They should be more understanding of their customers' situations and offer better support when it comes to replacing damaged products due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
