In November 2021, I purchased a TCL 50c725 TV from Teknosa. However, the screen cracked in August 2023, and I wanted to send it in for repair. Bursa PS Elektronik quoted a staggering 9,000 TL for the repair on August 21, 2023. The exchange rate was 27.15 TL per dollar at the time. Because I thought the price was excessively high, I contacted TCL customer service and asked them to check with their headquarters. They did not respond until September 13, unfortunately. I intend to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board now. I've never witnessed such illogical corporate behavior before. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Service is important, and after-sales support is essential.
