I am using the Tashan Win platform from India, and I requested a withdrawal of 505 to my bank account on 08/01/2026. Since that date, the withdrawal status has been stuck in “processing,” and the money has not been credited to my account. I have not been able to reach customer support, and I also do not know or cannot access my customer ID, which makes it even harder for me to follow up on this problem. There has been no clear information about the reason for the delay or when the payment will actually be completed. I kindly request that my withdrawal of 505 to my bank account be processed as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly about when it will be completed. I also request that my customer ID or account details be shared with me or made visible in my account so that I can track my transactions properly.
