I am writing to report a withdrawal issue I am experiencing with Tashanwin. I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of 3000 on January 16, 2026, but since then, the status has remained only “processing,” and the money has still not reached my bank account.
I have tried to contact Tashanwin customer support, but I have not received any response so far. There is no clear information regarding the reason for the delay, and my balance remains stuck in the application.
I request that my 3000 withdrawal be transferred to my bank account as soon as possible, or that I be provided with a clear and transparent explanation regarding the reason for the delay and the expected completion date of the payment.
