Bershka Ignores Customer After Two Returned Items
I purchased two products from the Bershka online store and returned them because the sizes were too large. I sent the items back on January 27 and January 30, with return numbers 6001435086 and 6001495569. The total amount I paid was $49, with each product costing $25, and the payment was made by credit card. Despite the time that has passed, my refunds have still not been processed. Because the return process has taken much longer than expected, I have tried to contact Bershka multiple times through both customer service and the WhatsApp support line. I called and reached out repeatedly every day, but I received no response and was unable to speak with anyone. Being unable to receive either my refund or any clear information about the process has become extremely distressing. I request that the refunds for both returns—6001435086 and 6001495569, totaling $49—be immediately processed back to my credit card and that I be clearly informed about the current status of my return and refund process.
The refund was issued, thank you. But it should have been done sooner.
