I am writing to raise a complaint about a withdrawal problem I am facing on the Tashan Win platform in the lottery section. On 13-01-2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹5000, but the status has remained in processing, and the amount has not been credited to my account. This was my first withdrawal attempt on Tashan Win. I contacted customer support about this issue, but they did not give any response or solution, and my money is still stuck. I request that my ₹5000 lottery withdrawal be processed immediately and credited to my account as soon as possible. I expect Tashan Win to resolve this issue urgently and confirm the completion of my withdrawal.
