I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I am facing on the TashanWin platform. Today I created a withdrawal request which is still showing as “processing” and has not been credited to my bank account. The withdrawal amount is ₹49,000 and the order number of this transaction is W2026011517684508166352. The withdrawal was requested to my bank account in Axis Bank, but as of now there is no update or confirmation about when the amount will be credited. This delay is causing me serious concern because it is a large amount for me and I have not received any information or support within the app. I request that my withdrawal with be processed and credited to my Axis Bank account as soon as possible, or that I be given a clear and accurate update on the exact status and time frame for completion.
