On January 18, 2026, I placed an order through the official Adidas website for the Adidas Disney Balo Grand Court sneakers. Although my payment was successfully processed, more than 22 days have passed and my order has still not been shipped. My order number is ATR90897950. During this period, I contacted customer service multiple times and also sent three separate emails, yet I was never given a clear explanation as to why my order has not been dispatched, nor was any concrete solution offered. The product has neither been shipped nor have I received a reasonable explanation. At this point, I do not want a refund, because the prices of the model I ordered have since increased and I can no longer purchase the same product under the same conditions. My request is for the ordered product to be shipped urgently, or for an exchange option to be offered with the same model in a different color. If that is also not possible, I expect to be offered an alternative model or color with equivalent features and in a similar price range. I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible and that I receive a clear and definitive response.
