My Tango account was flagged for spam by mistake, how do users usually resolve this?

If your Tango account was flagged for spam by mistake;

• Contact Tango support via in-app support or official email and explain that your account was incorrectly flagged for spam
• Provide your username/ID, date the flag appeared, affected features (chat, streaming, reach), and screenshots of any warnings or limits

Ask them to;

• Explain why the spam flag was applied (reports, automated system, activity pattern)
• Review your account activity manually
• Remove the spam flag if no policy violation is found and restore normal features
