Tango Live Stream Restriction Keeps Appearing Without Any Reason
For approximately two weeks, I have been trying to start live broadcasts on the Tango app in a completely normal and rule-compliant manner, but every attempt results in a “violation” warning, preventing me from going live. Even the clothes I wear during broadcasts are completely appropriate, yet the system continuously flags my account for violations and blocks me from streaming.
Although I do not have any paid package, Premium subscription, or additional purchased features on my account, I am still being prevented from broadcasting for no valid reason. This situation is seriously damaging my user experience, and I believe this restriction is completely unfair.
I request a detailed review of my account, an investigation into why these unjustified violation warnings keep appearing, and the removal of the live streaming restriction on my account.
Progress
In the Tango app, when I open a “Premium Hot” broadcast from my iPhone, I have been using 99 tokens (gülle) for a long time. Yesterday, the token price in the system suddenly increased and it started demanding 399 tokens from me to open Premium Hot. Even though I haven't changed any settings, this increase makes the token cost appear too high when I start my broadcast, so no one comes and my viewer count has dropped dramatically.
I reported the situation to the Tango support team through the app; they said they would get back to me, but there has been no response yet and the problem persists. This situation is negatively affecting both my earnings and the performance of my broadcast.
I request Tango to investigate and correct this sudden token price increase on my account so that I can set the token price for my Premium Hot broadcast myself and continue broadcasting with 99 tokens. If necessary, I ask that my account settings be reviewed and restored to their previous state.
