Tango App Bug Causes Automatic Removal From Broadcasts

I use the Tango application on my Android device (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, app version 9.45.7), and for approximately one month, I have been automatically removed from almost every live stream after a certain period of time, with the message “You have been removed from the broadcast.” This issue occurs in every live stream I join, and I have not received any clear or official explanation for why this is happening.

When I ask the broadcasters about it, they tell me that the system “switched to Pulza,” but I do not understand what this means in practice or why it causes me to be removed from live streams. I am using the latest version of the application, and I do not have any paid features or Premium membership on my account. Despite this, I am constantly removed from live streams, which seriously limits my ability to use the platform properly.

My Tango username is @rodrigo-1202. I contacted Tango customer support regarding this issue, but I was only told that the matter was forwarded to the technical team. Since then, I have not received any concrete explanation, update, or solution. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that I be clearly informed of the exact reason why I am being removed from live broadcasts, and that the issue preventing me from participating in live streams be resolved as soon as possible.
