Tango Support Not Responding to Account Suspension Appeal
My Tango account with username dessertsoul7 and email address 7237ros***@gmail.com was suspended about two weeks ago without any explanation. This account is very important to me, and I do not know which rule I supposedly violated, because I did not receive any email or in‑app notification explaining the reason. After the suspension, I tried to open a new account, but that account was also suspended, and I could not complete verification. I have contacted Tango many times through in‑app support and email, but I have still not received any response. I kindly request that my account dessertsoul7, be unblocked and reactivated, or at least that I am clearly informed of the exact reason for the suspension and what I need to do to resolve it. I would like this issue to be reviewed as soon as possible so that I can regain access to my account.
Progress
I have been using the Tango live streaming application with the username @desserts**** for about four months, and my account was suddenly suspended without any explanation. I did not receive any clear reason or warning before this suspension, and there is no information shown to me about which rule I supposedly violated. Since I have not been informed of any specific violation, I find this situation unfair and unclear. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that I be informed clearly about the reason for the suspension if there is one, and that my account be reactivated if no serious or intentional violation is found.
