I Can’t Access My Tango Account and Don’t Know What I Did Wrong

I use the Tango application on an Android phone and my account was suddenly suspended today with the message “Your account does not follow the Tango Guidelines.” I am deaf, live alone and have limited financial means, and Tango is one of the few ways I can communicate and socialize. In Tango I only tried to learn about money-earning opportunities and information I saw there, but I did not intend to scam, cheat or harm anyone. I do not know exactly why my account was suspended and I did not receive any clear explanation. This situation has left me very upset and isolated because I depend on written and visual communication. I kindly request that my Tango account be reviewed urgently, that my account be unblocked if possible, and that I receive a clear written explanation of the exact reason for the suspension. If I unknowingly violated any rule, I ask for the chance to correct it and continue using Tango in line with your guidelines.
