Tango Web Account Suspended After New Top-Ups Without Explanation
On the Tango web version on my computer, I created a new account yesterday and used it for about 3–4 hours without any problems. After that I logged out and went to sleep. When I tried to log in again today, I saw that my account had been suspended. The only message I see on the screen is: “Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support for more information.” I did not violate any rules to my knowledge and I am sure I did not engage in any prohibited behaviour. I have already contacted Tango support, but I have not received any reply so far. On this account I made three payments: the first top-up was about 20 dollars and then I topped up two more times for about 99 dollars each. I kindly request a clear and detailed explanation of the exact reason for blocking and suspending my account, and I ask you to review my account activity urgently in line with your rules and policies.
