Tango App Suspends Account @12456alv With $200 Creator Balance Inside

My account with username @12456alv on the Tango app has been temporarily suspended as of 8:00 AM this morning, and I have been unable to access my account ever since. When I attempt to log into the app, I receive a notice stating that my account has been temporarily suspended.

I have a balance of approximately $200 accumulated through gifts received during my livestreams, and I cannot access these funds right now. This situation is causing me severe financial and emotional hardship.

I previously contacted the Tango support team once, but I can no longer access the support section either, which prevents me from resolving the issue within the app. I would like to explicitly state that whatever situation led to the suspension occurred unintentionally, will not be repeated, and I wish to continue broadcasting in full compliance with community guidelines.
