Tango App Blocked My Device With No Rule Violation Notice

I have been unable to log into my Tango account from my phone since January 9. Whenever I try to sign in, I receive a message saying “your device has been blocked,” and because of this, I cannot access my account at all.
There were nearly 2,000 coins in my account balance, and at the moment I can neither access my account nor use or recover this balance. I have not received any notification about a rule violation, and I do not know why my device was blocked.
My primary request is for my Tango account to be reactivated and access restored. If this is not possible, I am requesting that the balance equivalent to approximately 2,000 coins in my account be refunded to me.
