Tango Live Account Locked for Alleged Violations, Balance Inaccessible

I am writing regarding my Tango Live account on Android, which was locked on 01/07/2026. The system notified me that my account was blocked due to content allegedly involving hate or threatening messages, pornographic or obscene material, insults related to race or ethnicity, defamation, encouragement of criminal behavior or civil liability, harassment of other users (including unwanted contact, offensive language, nudity), and spam activities such as repeatedly asking to be added as a friend or posting hard-to-read, copied comments. I do not agree with this evaluation and believe that my activities on the platform did not violate these rules in the way described. Since the account was locked, I have not been able to access my balance or use my account. I have not yet contacted support directly and decided to first explain my situation clearly here so it can be reviewed in detail. I kindly request that my Tango Live account be unlocked and that the remaining balance in my account be refunded to me. I also ask that you re-check the decision regarding the alleged violations and provide me with a clear explanation of what specific action led to the block so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
