Swatch Gave Wrong Information About YOS401G Glass Availability

I contacted Swatch customer service on 8 May to ask if there was a replacement glass available for my Swatch YOS401G watch. On the phone they clearly informed me that they had the glass in stock, so I sent my watch to them based on this information. The shipment was made via Aras Kargo with tracking number 6054466784329, and I paid ₺600 for the shipping. Five days after sending the watch, I was informed that in fact there was no glass available for the YOS401G model and that the watch would simply be returned to me. In addition, when I contacted customer service again, I received negative and dismissive responses, which made me feel that my problem was not taken seriously. Because I was misinformed at the beginning and incurred shipping costs and lost time as a result, I request a refund of the shipping fee and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and time lost during this process.
