Aras Kargo Marked My Shein Package as “Recipient Return” Without My Request

My Shein order was supposed to be delivered by Aras Kargo. The tracking originally showed that the delivery would be completed by February 2, but the package went out for delivery on February 4. Unfortunately, I was not at home that day. I did not receive any phone call, and instead I received a message saying the package would be left at a nearby shop or locker pickup point. After that message, however, I never received any information about where the package was actually left.
On February 5, I called customer service and was told that my feedback had been recorded and the shipment would be sent out for delivery again. However, when I checked the tracking information on February 7, the system showed “redirected” and “return due to recipient request.” I never requested a return, yet the system processed it as if I had asked for the package to be returned.
I request that my shipment (tracking number 6338183132669) be removed from the incorrect “recipient-requested return” status and sent out for delivery to my address again. I also request clear and detailed information about the situation. Since I cannot reach a representative and can only connect to the automated operator at 444 52 25, my issue remains unresolved.
