Swarovski Did Not Issue a Refund For 15 Days

I placed an order for a Swarovski watch and two bracelets on 9 December via the Swarovski online store in Turkey. Much later, when I called customer service to ask about the delay in shipment, I was informed for the first time that my order had been cancelled due to a stock failure. Until that phone call, I had received no notification or explanation about the cancellation. Although the order has been cancelled and it has now been around 15 days, my refund has still not been issued. Each time I contacted customer service, I was only told that they were “working on it,” but there has been no concrete progress or solution and no refund to my account. I request that my refund for this order (order number ending with 108015), in the total amount of 14,262 TL, be processed and paid back to me immediately, without any further delay.
