Zara Refund Not Received Despite Returned Items

I returned the Zara clothes I purchased in April through Aras Kargo. When I verified the tracking number with Aras Kargo, I saw that the things had been delivered, but I still had not gotten a refund. I phoned Zara's live help several times, but the personnel ignored me, saying they couldn't do anything and didn't detect any excess merchandise in their warehouses. Despite my repeated explanations that the things had been sent to Zara and my request for assistance, they have refused.
