SWATCH, The strap of the watch I bought from the new season stand at Piazza Maltepe Swatch store on 28.06.2023 broke 7 months later. When we took it to the store, they said that the cord is not under warranty, so we cannot replace it. The next week, when we asked to change the strap for a fee since I could not find my warranty document, they informed us that the watch I bought was made in 2006 and we do not have the strap. What a sales tactic to say that the watch I bought as a new season product/watch was produced in 2006. Even the hawker who sells watches on the street does not give such an answer. What is this event of a watch company like Swatch, which is the brand of years, if not simplicity? Instead of buying a Swatch, buy a watch from a street vendor, at least those who wear it longer than Swatch won't make fun of you.
