So, on May 19, 2024, I went ahead and made a purchase on the Suvari Online website. According to customer service and the online site, the product will be shipped through MNG Kargo and should arrive within 3 business days. But I got a notification saying the product was 'returned again' without ever reaching me. So, we had these dates all set and then we ran into a major customer satisfaction problem.
