My Order Was Promised by August 29 but Delayed to September 6

I recently bought something I really liked because the website said it would arrive by Thursday at the latest. I thought I would get the item on time when I made the buy. But today I got an email saying that my order will now be delivered on September 6, 2024, which is a long time after the date I thought it would be delivered. This is really annoying and upsetting. To make things even worse, I've called customer service three times but haven't been able to get through. When you trust a company's delivery claim, it's really disappointing to feel ignored and unsupported. I thought they would provide better service and contact, and this makes me wonder if I will order from them again.
