Zara Next-Day Delivery Failed – No Product, No Response

I placed an order with Zara on November 6, 2024, selecting the next-day delivery option for an extra fee. The product was supposed to arrive on November 7, 2024, but it wasn’t delivered, and I received no updates. Instead, the order status now says "problem with delivery."

If next-day delivery isn’t guaranteed, why is this option offered on Zara’s website? I paid extra for this service, yet neither the product nor any explanation was provided. To make matters worse, contacting Zara’s customer service is nearly impossible.

I demand an immediate resolution—either deliver my product as promised or refund my money, including the extra delivery fee. This lack of service is unacceptable.
