Sürat Kargo Lost Package & No Resolution

I sent out a package from the Haznedar branch in Istanbul on November 2, 2023, but I still haven't received my delivery, even though I have an invoice to support it. My package seems to have gone missing with the courier service. Even though a considerable amount of time has passed since that date, up until April 17, 2024, no steps have been taken and there has been complete silence. No delivery of the invoiced products has been made, and a refund has not been issued. I haven't received any communication or assistance regarding the matter. I would like to apologize for the quality of service provided by Sürat Kargo. I kindly request a prompt refund.
