Package I Refused Was Still Delivered and Left Outside My Door by Sürat Kargo
On May 13, 2025, I called Sürat Kargo’s Kristal Branch at 09:03, right after it opened, to inform them that I no longer wished to receive my order due to the excessive delay in delivery. I explained that I had already requested a return and asked them not to deliver the package. I also asked if I needed to take any additional steps, and they confirmed there was nothing else required. However, later that evening, the courier brought the package to my door and left it outside without even ringing the bell, as I had clearly stated I would not accept it. They then told me they would pick it up later for return. When I mentioned on May 15, 2025, that the package was still sitting outside, a female employee at the Kristal Branch said, “You shouldn't have accepted it,” even though I never did—I didn’t even provide the delivery code. She then sarcastically suggested that I shouldn’t place orders I don't plan to accept. When I raised my voice to explain myself because she was shouting, she hung up the phone on me. So much for quality—this is what Sürat Kargo delivers.
