They leave notes saying, "We arrived, couldn’t find the location," yet my building’s security confirms Sürat Cargo never showed up. I have been trying to contact the branch for days without success, and there is no way for me to pick up the package myself. The issue is not a simple delivery failure but rather the branch's overall incompetence and lack of care. I am beginning to think this is deliberate. I have also repeatedly called Sürat Cargo’s headquarters, but they merely log my complaint without following up with the branch. Despite telling the branch I cannot reach them, they direct me to call them again. This branch is highly unreliable; I advise against ordering from retailers that use Sürat Cargo for deliveries in this area if you want to avoid unnecessary stress. I’ve completely lost my enthusiasm for what I purchased.
