Sürat Kargo Hasn’t Delivered My Package for 2 Weeks and Ignores All My Complaints

For the past two weeks, my package has not been delivered due to the awful service of this Sürat Cargo branch. They send vague messages at odd hours claiming the package is “out for delivery” but never call or attempt to deliver. They leave notes saying, "We arrived, couldn’t find the location," yet my building’s security confirms Sürat Cargo never showed up. I have been trying to contact the branch for days without success, and there is no way for me to pick up the package myself. The issue is not a simple delivery failure but rather the branch's overall incompetence and lack of care. I am beginning to think this is deliberate. I have also repeatedly called Sürat Cargo’s headquarters, but they merely log my complaint without following up with the branch. Despite telling the branch I cannot reach them, they direct me to call them again. This branch is highly unreliable; I advise against ordering from retailers that use Sürat Cargo for deliveries in this area if you want to avoid unnecessary stress. I’ve completely lost my enthusiasm for what I purchased.
