My shipment with tracking number 15622290961392, sent via Sürat Kargo, has not been delivered to me for 5 days through the Konya Matbaacılar Branch. Although I waited at the specified address because it urgently needed to arrive as a birthday gift, the package never came, and I was not left any notice or informed in any way. When I called customer service today, I was told that the package would definitely be delivered by 6:00 PM, but no one showed up, and no explanation was given. Due to the delay of this birthday gift, I have been left in a difficult situation, and I request a prompt resolution from Sürat Kargo, along with clear communication, as this caused both a loss of time and disruption to a special occasion.
