Sürat Kargo Delivery Delay and Unresponsive Support

Sürat Kargo did not deliver my package on the expected delivery date, and unfortunately, they did not respond to my emails to the resolution center. After reaching out to the call center, they promised to address the problem. However, I still haven't received a satisfactory response from them. The lady on the phone was extremely courteous, but their failure to respond to emails and address the issue with my package left me feeling quite frustrated. Although I've had no issues with them previously, it appears that as they gain more popularity, their level of discipline seems to decline. Quite underwhelming.
