I Sent a Package but It Got Lost with No Help or Response


My experience with Sürat Kargo truly left me perplexed. I sent a package that never made it to its destination, and it seems to have been lost by either the branch staff or the delivery team. Although that by itself is concerning, what came next was even more distressing. I reached out to their headquarters about the issue, expecting a resolution, but unfortunately, I didn't get any response at all. I decided to escalate the issue through the Presidential Communication Center, hoping it would lead to some action, but unfortunately, there was still no follow-up. My package has disappeared, and I’m feeling abandoned without any assistance or responsibility from the company. It seems as though they are aware that I have exhausted all legal options, leading them to disregard my attempts to communicate. The absence of accountability and clear communication has been quite troubling. I won't be using their services in the future.
