Sürat Kargo Failed to Deliver My Package to a 24/7 Business for Over 20 Days

Sürat Kargo has complicated my delivery experience far more than it should be. Although many courier services typically deliver within a day, my package has yet to arrive at my business, which runs around the clock, after more than 20 days. I submitted a request six days ago, and I'm still waiting for any updates. I was informed that it wasn't possible to pick up the package myself from the transfer centre. I requested customer service to expedite the process, but they stated they lack the authority to reach out to the transfer centre directly. This degree of inefficiency is truly perplexing. I try to steer clear of sellers that use Sürat Kargo whenever I can, but sometimes it's just not feasible. Their service is quite disappointing.
