My Package Was Not Delivered Despite Being Promised Same Day by Sürat Kargo

Despite being at home, my package from Dolap didn't arrive. When I looked at the tracking page, I found a message stating, "Product could not be delivered, please contact the branch." I contacted Sürat Kargo branch six times, and every time they assured me that my package was out for delivery and would arrive that very day. They actually encouraged me to have faith in them. By 6 PM, I called once more, only to discover that the branch had closed, and my package was still nowhere to be found. I am really disappointed with how this situation was managed. It seems as though my time and trust were utterly overlooked. I still have no idea where my package is, and getting clear information from anyone has been impossible.
