Sürat Kargo Lost My Package and Gave Me No Information
I have been selling through Dolap, and for the past week, my package has been lost at the Tepeören branch of Sürat Kargo. Despite multiple attempts to get information, I have received no updates or assistance. Both my customer and I are stuck in this situation, unable to move forward, which has been incredibly inconvenient. While I usually have no issues with Sürat Kargo, this particular branch has been a complete letdown. The lack of communication and accountability from the Tepeören team is unacceptable.
