Sürat Kargo Did Not Deliver My Order - Branch Phone Is Not Working
I ordered a book from the Dolap app. The books arrived at the Sürat Kargo branch in my area within a few days, but they have been sitting there for 8 days. The status says "out for delivery," but I haven't received anything. I reached out to Dolap customer service, but they couldn’t provide clear information about the delay. I also checked the tracking system daily, hoping for an update, but nothing changed. I even considered going to the cargo branch in person, but I couldn’t get their address. I tried calling the cargo branch, but the phone number is not in service. I'm frustrated and just want my order delivered.
