I Face Unauthorized Monthly Charges from Superprof Without My Consent
The online tutoring platform Superprof has been withdrawing money from my card every month without my consent. I’ve been financially harmed by this situation and feel completely taken advantage of.
They have been charging my account regularly each month even though I never authorized recurring payments. I will file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency and also take legal action if necessary. How can they charge users automatically like this without approval? I’ve been seriously wronged by these unauthorized withdrawals.
