I Face Zero Results After Paying for a Yearly Upgrade on Superprof
I first purchased a monthly upgrade plan on Superprof, and everything seemed fine — I received profile interactions and increased visibility. Believing things would improve even more, I upgraded to a yearly membership.
However, since that day, I haven’t received a single message. I have to send messages to every student individually. The system tells me to “add reviews,” which I do, but still, nothing changes. I constantly have to remind people about everything, and I can’t understand why the platform became so inactive right after I paid.
During the monthly plan, the platform gives you hope — but once you switch to the annual plan, the engagement disappears completely. This system uses teachers and then leaves them unsupported and ignored.
The yearly upgrade was completely unnecessary, and I demand a refund. I will not let this matter go unresolved.
