Superprof blocks contact with students unless I pay — how can I restore my visibility?

Superprof restricts communication between tutors and students until you have an active Student Pass or Tutor subscription, depending on your role.

This system ensures payments are handled securely through the platform. If your visibility or messaging ability was blocked after the pass expired, renew your Student Pass (for students) or Pro subscription (for tutors) through your account settings to restore full access.

If you believe your profile was hidden in error, contact Superprof Support via the Help Center and request a visibility review.

Provide details such as your account email, last payment date, and recent tutor or student interactions. Superprof often restores access once billing or verification issues are clarified.
