When I woke up on the morning of March 8, 2025, I saw that my Turkcell Superonline internet connection was down. Today is the 13th, and it is still not working. I have been calling for five business days, and nothing has been fixed. Each time I call, they open a fault detection case, only for an automated call to inform me a few hours later that "the issue has been resolved" before closing the case. I have no idea what to do anymore. In this era where the internet is not a luxury, I am a designer working from home, and this issue forces me to go to the office every day. For Superonline, this may be a simple connection issue, but it has completely disrupted my daily routine and work schedule. Some of my tasks are done at home, some at the office, and I have equipment I need to use at home, creating multiple difficulties. Since I have to drive to the office, I also have additional daily expenses for fuel and parking. In short, this issue has not only caused extra financial burden but has also worn me out mentally. Yesterday, I inquired about the cancellation fee, and if it had been a reasonable amount, I would have immediately terminated my subscription. However, the fee is high. Still, the moment my contract ends, the first thing I will do is get rid of Superonline. I have realized that no matter how many times I call, I will only hear lies and scripted responses without any real action. That is why I am sharing my complaint here. Superonline, which I have used for years, has completely deteriorated as a company. Their service is terrible, and they do not care about their customers' struggles. I am now researching how to take this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board and exercise my right to cancel. If I can find a way to terminate my subscription without paying the cancellation fee, I will cancel it immediately. After all these years, I now understand that choosing Superonline was a mistake. Especially for those who rely on the internet to work and earn a living, Superonline is nothing but regret.
